Privacy Policy – Dating AI

This policy explains in plain language what Dating AI records when you visit, why we keep it, who we share it with and how you can have it removed. We have tried to write it the way we would want to read it.

   Dating AI operates the dating-ai.net showcase and is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. References to we, us and our mean Dating AI.

   This policy covers every page of Dating AI, the chat features reached from it, billing interactions and support correspondence. It does not cover third-party sites you reach by following an outbound link.

3. 3. Adults only

   Dating AI is restricted to people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and any account discovered to belong to a minor is closed and its data erased.

4. 4. Information you give us

   This includes the display name and email address used to register, any profile preferences you set, the characters you create, the messages you send in chat and the content of support tickets.

5. 5. Information collected automatically

   When you visit Dating AI we record IP address, approximate region, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps. This data keeps the service stable and helps us detect abuse.

6. 6. Payment information

   Card and wallet details are entered with our payment partners and are never stored on Dating AI servers. We retain only the transaction reference, plan name, amount, currency and status.

7. 7. Cookies and similar technologies

   We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and security, preference cookies to remember your settings, and limited analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though sign-in will stop working.

   We process data to provide and maintain the chat features, remember conversation context, take payment, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal duties, answer support requests and improve the product.

   Depending on your location we rely on the performance of our contract with you, your consent for optional cookies and marketing, our legitimate interests in security and product improvement, and compliance with legal obligations.

10. 10. Conversation content

    Chat history is stored so a companion can refer back to earlier messages. Conversations are private to your account. We do not publish them, sell them or use them to build advertising profiles.

11. 11. Automated processing

    Replies are generated automatically. No automated decision is taken about you that has legal or similarly significant effects, and human review happens only where abuse or a payment dispute is reported.

12. 12. Sharing with service providers

    We share the minimum necessary data with hosting, storage, payment, email delivery, anti-fraud and analytics providers who act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality terms.

13. 13. Legal disclosure

    We may disclose information where required by law, court order or a valid request from a competent authority, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety and property of users, the public or Dating AI.

14. 14. Business transfers

    If Dating AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or asset sale, personal information may transfer to the successor entity, which will remain bound by this policy or a materially equivalent one.

15. 15. International transfers

    Data may be processed in countries other than yours. Where that happens we use recognised transfer mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses, and apply appropriate technical safeguards.

16. 16. Security measures

    We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based internal access, logging of administrative actions and periodic review of our providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.

    Account data is kept while your account is open. Chat history is kept until you delete the companion or the account. Billing records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. Security logs are kept for up to twelve months.

18. 18. Access and portability

    You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and where technically feasible receive it in a structured, commonly used format.

19. 19. Correction

    If information we hold is inaccurate or incomplete you may correct it in your settings or ask support to correct it for you.

20. 20. Deletion

    You may delete an individual companion together with its chat history, or close the account entirely. Deletion requests are actioned within thirty days, subject to records we must keep by law.

21. 21. Objection and restriction

    Where local law allows, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests or ask us to restrict processing while a dispute over accuracy or lawfulness is resolved.

22. 22. Withdrawing consent

    Where processing relies on consent you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

23. 23. Marketing preferences

    Promotional email is sent only where permitted. Every message contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not stop essential service and billing notices.

24. 24. Do not track and global privacy control

    Our pages honour recognised browser privacy signals for optional analytics cookies where those signals are transmitted.

25. 25. Third-party links

    Pages you reach through outbound links have their own policies. Dating AI is not responsible for the practices of sites we do not operate.

26. 26. Complaints

    If you believe your rights have been infringed, contact us first so we can put it right. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence.

27. 27. Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or in law. The revision date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes are announced on the site.
