Terms of Service – Dating AI
These terms set out the agreement between you and Dating AI. They cover who may use the service, what is expected of you, how subscriptions work and what happens if something goes wrong.
Dating AI is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. By using Dating AI you confirm that you meet this requirement.

- 1. Acceptance of these terms
By opening, browsing or using Dating AI you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
- 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. Where your local law sets a higher age of majority, that higher age applies.
- 3. Nature of the service
Dating AI provides fictional companions for conversation and entertainment. Every profile, photograph, biography and reply is a work of fiction and does not depict a real person or a real relationship.
- 4. No professional advice
Nothing on Dating AI is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you need support of that kind, please consult a qualified professional in your area.
- 5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- 6. One account per person
Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell, rent or transfer an account, and we may merge or close duplicate accounts created to abuse promotions.
- 7. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep them current, including a working email address for service notices.
- 8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Dating AI to harass others, to generate or request unlawful material, to depict minors in any context, to promote violence, or to break any applicable law.
- 9. Prohibited technical conduct
Scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, bypassing rate limits, probing our security, uploading malware and interfering with other users are all forbidden.
- 10. Content you submit
You keep ownership of the text and materials you submit, and you grant Dating AI a limited licence to store, process and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the service.
- 11. Our intellectual property
The Dating AI name, layout, design, code, character concepts, images and copy are protected by intellectual property law and may not be reused without written permission.
- 12. Licence to use the site
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access Dating AI for private, non-commercial use.
- 13. Free features
Some features are offered free of charge and may be limited, changed, capped or withdrawn at any time without notice.
- 14. Subscriptions
Premium plans are sold for a stated period and price shown before purchase. Taxes may be added depending on your location.
- 15. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time in your account settings.
- 16. Cancellation and access
Cancelling stops future charges. Access to paid features continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- 17. Refunds
Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, payments for periods already started are non-refundable. Genuine billing errors are corrected promptly.
- 18. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. Existing subscribers are notified before a new price applies, and may cancel before the change takes effect.
- 19. Chargebacks
Raising a chargeback without contacting support first may lead to suspension. Please write to us and we will try to resolve the matter directly.
- 20. Availability
Dating AI is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, updates and events outside our control may interrupt access, and no uptime figure is guaranteed.
- 21. Changes to the service
Characters, features and pricing evolve. We may add, alter or retire any element of Dating AI, including individual companions.
- 22. Third-party links and services
Outbound links and integrations are provided for convenience. We do not control those services and accept no responsibility for their content or terms.
- 23. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are broken, where activity is fraudulent or unlawful, or where required by a competent authority. Serious breaches may end access without refund.
- 24. Your right to leave
You may stop using Dating AI and close your account at any time. Closure removes your companions and chat history, subject to records required by law.
- 25. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dating AI is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation.
- 26. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid to Dating AI in the twelve months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, incidental and consequential loss.
- 27. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Dating AI against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the service.
- 28. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of our establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of that place.
- 29. Severability and assignment
If a clause is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them as part of a corporate reorganisation.
- 30. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms. The revision date shows the current version, and continued use of Dating AI after a material change means you accept the revised terms.
